Electric Personal Vehicle (EPV)

Currently UK
legislation neither expressly prohibits or permits the use of Segways
in public places. As a result of substantial lobbying the
Department for Transport commenced a consultation process
(which closed on 30th March 2010) to consider the use of EPVs.
Please read the documents for further information. No
submissions can now be made though.
